The KYC rule everyone asks about
Your first withdrawal needs a completed identity check. It is a one-time review that typically takes 24–48 hours, and after that your cashouts are self-service. Accepted PH IDs include a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or PRC ID. One firm rule: the account must be in your own name — third-party wallets are rejected at payout.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum I can withdraw in one go?
GCash payouts ride InstaPay, which caps at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. GCash itself allows up to ₱100,000 per day inbound. For larger sums, split across days or use PESONet.
How long does a GCash cashout take?
Once KYC is cleared and the payout is approved, funds usually land in minutes to about an hour, 24/7. First-time or large withdrawals can take up to three hours during peak periods.
Does JL29 charge a withdrawal fee?
There is no casino-side fee. On the wallet side, GCash cash-in is free to ₱8,000 per month then about 2%, Maya charges roughly ₱15 per outbound InstaPay transfer, and GoTyme InstaPay transfers are free.
What is the minimum deposit?
GCash deposits start at ₱50 and reflect in your balance within seconds. All transactions are peso-denominated, so there is no currency conversion.
When can't I deposit via GCash?
GCash runs a nightly maintenance window, roughly 12:00–03:00 PHT, when top-ups may briefly fail. If a deposit stalls in that window, wait a few minutes and retry, or use GoTyme or a bank transfer.
InstaPay or PESONet for a big withdrawal?
InstaPay is instant but capped at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. For amounts above those caps, PESONet settles in a batch on the same or next banking day with no fixed per-transaction limit.
